Fred Zamer is a seasoned real estate executive with more than 40 years of experience in the Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C. area. He is currently a Partner and Executive Vice President of Leasing and Marketing at Simpson, where he played a key role in building the firm into a full-service commercial real estate firm, spanning leasing, construction, property and asset management. Fred has leased more than two million square feet of real estate and represents both landlords and tenants. He currently resides in McLean, Virginia.

Previously, Fred founded The Commercial Real Estate Group, Inc. in Alexandria, Virginia, working primarily with Fortune 500 clients to establish a stronger regional presence. He has enjoyed a distinguished career as a top producer in the industry and has earned numerous accolades. He is currently licensed to practice throughout the Washington Metropolitan area.
